On Sunday, September 20, an All-Star Tribute was staged in 2Face’s honour at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, and we were there to bring you all the details.
What surprised many was that 2Face’s babies’ mothers, Sunmbo Ajaba (Adeoye) and Pero Adeniyi,
were conspicuously absent from the public event. Though Sunmbo is now married to Pastor Adeoye, Pero is unmarried.
Many were expecting that the mothers of his children would be on hand to celebrate with him, but they were a no-show. On the other hand, this also afforded 2Face’s legal wife, Annie Macaulay the opportunity to bask in the spotlight as the Queen in his life; and indeed all eyes were on her.
Pero has three kids for the singer, while Sunmbo has two for him.
Meanwhile, two of 2face’s lovely children, Nino and Zion, got many ladies wet with tears in the eyes when a video of their tribute to their father was played at the Fortified concert. They wished their father a happy birthday, and prayed for better and bigger things in his life.
